Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground dry mustard
2 tbsp grated onion
1/2 cup olive oil oil
2 tsp poppy seeds
Preparation
1. In a blender or food processor, combine honey, vinegar, salt, mustard and onion, and process for 20 seconds.
2. With a blender or food processor on high, gradually add oil in a slow, steady stream.
3. Stir in poppy seeds.
4. Enjoy!
