Dahlia Abou El Hassan, MScFN, RD
Hi, I’m Dahlia, the creator of Dahlia Nutrition and a Registered Dietitian based in the Greater Toronto Area. I’m a foodie at heart and a firm believer that all foods fit in a balanced lifestyle.
When I moved to Canada in 2000, I was drawn to the country’s incredible diversity—meeting friends from different backgrounds and experiencing food from a variety of cultures deepened my passion for nutrition. My travels around the world have shown me how food connects people, traditions, and well-being, and I bring that joy into my work with clients every day.
With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in fertility and women’s health, helping individuals and couples optimize their chances of conception through evidence-based nutrition. But beyond my professional expertise, I have personally experienced the challenges of the fertility journey—I understand the emotional, physical, and mental toll it takes. That’s why I am deeply passionate about providing personalized, compassionate nutrition support to help you feel empowered and in control of your fertility.
