Chocolate Walnut Bites
5 Minutes
20-25 bites, Dairy Free, Egg Free &Gluten Free
Ingredients
1/3 cup whole walnuts
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup honey
Coarse sea salt for ganrish(1/2 TBSP)
Preparation
Line a plate or tray with parchment paper. Spread out all of the walnuts so that the flat side is down.
To a small microwave safe bowl add your chocolate chips, microwave for 20 second intervals, stirring vigorously for about 30 seconds to 1 minute in between
Add a small dollop (1/2 tsp) of chocolate onto each walnut
Drizzle the honey ontop of the chocolate-topped walnuts, and sprinkle with salt. Transfer to the freezer and let sit for at least 1 hour. Best served when completely frozen(4 + hours)
