Bean Salad


1 can mix beans

1 can chickpeas

½ green bell pepper diced

1 cup cilantro chopped

½ red onion diced

1 tomato diced

1 lemon juiced

4 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves minced

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper 


  1. Rinse and drain mixed beans and chickpeas and place in a bowl.

  2. Add bell pepper, cilantro, onions and tomatoes

  3. Add lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper
