Banana oat chocolate chip muffins


1  cup oat flour

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

3 ripe bananas, mashed

4 tablespoon milk

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup white sugar

½ cup butter, softened

2 large eggs

1 cup dark chocolate chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Add liners to  2 muffin pans.

  2. Mix flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.

  3. Stir bananas, milk, and cinnamon in another bowl.

  4. Beat sugar and butter together in a third bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir banana mixture into butter mixture; mix in flour mixture until just blended. Fold in chocolate chips; scoop batter into muffin pan.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing.
